Essential Requirements

  • A university qualified Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist

  • Demonstrated knowledge or willingness to learn about child development and sensory processing issues

  • Ability to work independently, demonstrated organisation and problem-solving skills and time management skills

  • Ability to gain registration through APHRA and OTA or SPA

  • You will have a strong understanding of the NDIS

  • Experience working with children with disabilities or developmental delays and their families.

  • Ability to gain registration through APHRA

  • You have your Working With Children Check , police check, and current First aid/CPR certification (or able to get)

  • You have access to a car and full drivers licence 

  • Eligible for Medicare Provider number

  • Current professional insurance and indemnity cover
